Our Humble Beginning

Wah, where to start leh? Back in 2020, our founder Jason was just another Singaporean uncle working in CBD. Every day also same thing - rush here, rush there, no time to do personal errands. One day his wife scold him because he forgot to collect parcel from post office for the third time!

The Eureka Moment

That's when Jason realized - if he facing this problem, confirm many other Singaporeans also same! Everyone so busy with work, overtime, family commitments. Who got time to queue at government office or wait for delivery?

Started Small Small

Jason started Jimpus with just one bicycle and a dream. First customer was his neighbor auntie who needed someone to collect her medicine from polyclinic. From there, word spread through void deck kakis, WhatsApp groups, and coffee shop uncles.

The Beginning

Started with 1 bicycle, 1 uncle, and unlimited enthusiasm. First month completed 50 deliveries around Toa Payoh area.

Expanded to cover whole Singapore! Added motorcycles and vans to fleet. Completed 10,000th delivery - customer was so happy, she made us pineapple tarts!
